Hi there! I've booked a premium pass for italy but could anyone here tell me how to book those reservations?
The app wants me to pay a fee cause it doesn't know i've got the premium pass.
But if I'm logged in on the website I also can't see how it works cause it only tells me I have to use the self-service and something about e-tickets which I have to print out?
Would be awesome if someone could show me the button I have to press for a reservation. Thanks!

My sister is booking a ticket for her to travel with me but we are having trouble filling in her full passport name.
The name is too long to put in the application form so we are thinking of putting in the first letter of each name which are a.c.j.
Is this alright or would we get in trouble for not putting in the full name (which is not possible)?!

Hey everyone! Next summer I would like to travel from Croatia (where I'm from) to the UK and then Ireland using the Interrail pass for either a fortnight or a month.
It would be my first experience as such and I have some questions regarding. Firstly, how does the Interrail pass even work?
Does my travel period count from the day I bought the pass or the first day of travel?
Secondly, when it comes to passing the English channel, is the Interrail pass enough or are there additional fees?
Also, is it possible to travel from the UK to Ireland by train (I don't know if there's an underwater railroad) or do I have to take a ferry or other kind of boat? Any answers to the questions above are welcome and much appreciated!!
It would also be great if there is someone here who undertook such a feat themselves and are willing to share their experiences and advice!
All the best in your travels from a fellow travel enthusiast!!

Some times over an hour. I feel like this shouldn’t happen every week (I travel Wednesdays).
I have to take the earlier train and that one is also consistently late. Because of this i have to leave my house 3 hours earlier.
Is there somewhere I can complain about this because this is not good customer service. At the station I only get “sorry, leave earlier”.

Also, do you pay for an entire day? Can you come and go? Kids?

My son had minor accident and we had to take him to Bangkok Hospital. He got 4 stitches and we ended paying about 7500 for the process that day.
He was later called 3 times after this for followup treatment. Nobody spoke of any payments, so we assumed everything to be a part of the initial amount.
I just got a call from Bangkok Hospital five days later, saying we need to pay another 7K for the 3 follow up visits.
I am just shocked and surprised on how they are dealing with finances. Is this normal? Anyone else have a similar experience?

We leave next month on our 15 day cruise/land tour.
My granddaughter was just diagnosed with scoliosis and has to wear a stiff plastic jacket body brace at night.
I know it won’t count against our luggage allowance since it’s a medical device but I need to find a suitable bag/case to put it in for the flight and land portion of our trip.
It’s too large for a typical carry on size case.
I do have a rolling duffle that will hold it but I’m concerned about it getting crushed.
It’s made out of hard plastic. Any suggestion?

Not quite champagne taste on beer budget but not Padma prices.
Realise this is very vague but would love any suggestions for both places - thank you.

Hello! I'm an expat in France, really, but spending a month in London soon... and I'm wondering if anybody knows the laws for short lets ... the owner of my place wants me to hire a housekeeper at the end of my stay, and I find that really weird.
I've never had to do that anywhere before for any length of stay. Is this an English thing?
The contract says both 1. that the landlord will clean or pay for a cleaner before the tenant moves in, but then 2. that the tenant will clean or pay for a cleaner to the standard that it was when they moved in, before they leave. I'm not a great housekeeper.
And it's not like I'm going to have time to do laundry for the sheets on the morning I leave or anything, and will use the kitchen and whatnot...
But what I don't get is if the next renter is coming in the day after I leave (which I already know), and their contract says the landlord will be cleaning it before they arrive... I feel like the landlord is just getting ME to pay for the housekeeper and then waste a day of my trip at home with her.... It would make much more sense for the housekeeper to come in the afternoon once I've left, then she can do the sheets/laundry and everything will really be ready.

Need hotel info. We sail June 29th (Sat). I'll be arriving in Ft Lauderdale on Thursday around 4 or 5pm. My friend lands on Friday at noon.
I currently have two reservations and need to decide and then cancel one. My first reservation is at Westin Ft Lauderdale beach.
The second is at Hollywood Beach Marriott The Hollywood Beach one seems to be in an awesome location (on the boardwalk and easy walking around area).
But... it's a lot more points against my Marriott Bonvoy account.
The Westin is less points, but I'm concerned that it won't be as easy to walk around and do things safely.
I know Las Olas is close, but guessing that's an Uber ride. So, I guess I'm looking for someone who has stayed at the Westin before with any insight on what is safely walkable.
Especially looking for casual dining and casual live music. At the end of the day, I don't mind using the extra points if the Hollywood Beach location is just better for our needs, but wanted to see what experience others have.

I haven’t done the Anmeldung so far as I understand I would them have to pay double taxations, is that right? Is there a way for me to register (if it’s mandatory at all since I live here less than 180 days a year) without paying all the taxes double?

Today at the S-bahn station it was time to renew my ticket and i saw something called an S pass I thought this was a reduced ticket for s bahn only so I bought them only to find out it is only valid for those receiving unemployment benefits.
Is there any chance if I go into an info center and explain they would be willing to take the tickets in exchange for the monthly pass I typically buy given I pay the difference, or am I most likely just out 55€?

I’m going to post a perhaps unpopular opinion, but I’m really interested in your ideas.
I am not the biggest fan of German culture, but I cannot understand people who have been here for years and refuse to learn German.
I know learning another language is hard, and everybody has their own pace. I’m not referring to them, but to people who flat-out refuse to learn it and have no plans to change that.
I honestly met so many expats in Spain and Latin America, and they all, even the most language-challenged ones, made an effort to learn some of the language.
Perhaps it’s because they’re in a sink-or-swim situation (nobody speaks English in these regions), or because it’s so much easier to make friends with Spanish speakers than with German speakers?
I think this is the key thing. Like in all aspects of life, germans seem to have no tolerance for mistakes.

Does anybody know a raucherhaus (a cafe / bar / Backerei / Coffeshop / shisha bar / Turkish coffee shop etc. that you can smoke inside) that is open 24 hours / or opens very early in the morning (at 7/8 AM) around Zoologischer Garten?
I am not looking for anything fancy, as long as you can smoke / vape inside and it’s open early, it’s good enough for me.

I've bought Mac Pro from Saturn costs around 3k, I picked up a plan for payment over 20 months and I pay 145€ per month, the plan is affiliated with Targo bank, I signed all the documents etc.
Then after 1 month they withdraw money (literally every month now for 8 months) but they kept calling me ever time then I say I don't speak German they say sorry we can't speak.
This is almost 7 times now, one time the lady promised to call me with an English colleague but a German call me, is there anything I can worry about?

I get access to information that in Germany if you have a job offer equal to (or more) than €65.000, you will be considered as highly qualified and get on-the-spot Permanent residency.
Is that correct and does anyone have experience with the procedure? ps: No, I don't have a similar offer, but, I'm just curious to know in details.

Am wondering, what are their views on different cultures? Indian etc.
I'm obviously gonna visit beforehand but feel no harm in asking this question.

What can I do if someone all ways parks in front of my door (door to parking space of the house) so I have to park in the street and pay f***ing traffic tickets.
This is not a thing for the Police i assume, but does anyone know a number so either a traffic cop comes and writes a ticket or a towing company that can move a car legally?
Preferably a towing company! Whats the procedure here?
While I am just some pissed of dude who can‘t conveniently park, there are two older woman in my house as well that have to be able to drive inside to get to their apartments normally.
So what to do to fight this great injustice. Help me to help them and myself.

For this st.valentine I got a kundigung as present from my beloved employer.
I'm sick currently. My quick question is whether they can force me to take the remaining days of vacation (instead of paying them) despite me having a valid sick note.
