Targo bank keep calling me in German I can't speak German
I've bought Mac Pro from Saturn costs around 3k, I picked up a plan for payment over 20 months and I pay 145€ per month, the plan is affiliated with Targo bank, I signed all the documents etc.

Then after 1 month they withdraw money (literally every month now for 8 months) but they kept calling me ever time then I say I don't speak German they say sorry we can't speak.

This is almost 7 times now, one time the lady promised to call me with an English colleague but a German call me, is there anything I can worry about?

Sounds like simple cross-selling to me. They calling as want to try sell you more stuff.

If you still got your MacBook and they do not withdraw too much money, you can chill. Propoably they want to sell you another credit.

In germany its difficult for companies to do anything official on the phone.

So usually they send you letters or emails. Fax is also possible but no one has that.

Send them an email with the help of google translate.

Even though I can speak and understand some basic stuff over the phone, if things get complicated, thats the way I get things sorted.

Just be careful, because they do lots of "legal" scams over the phone.

They even conclude contracts over the phone, so if they ask you in German DO NOT reply because they might be asking you.

If you want a credit card then if you say yes its done, next day you receive bunch of letters and credits... Which of course they will screw you later... Just be careful

I got Saturn's Targo Bank financing for my washing machine and they just might call to offer you more credit (sell their products).

I usually was getting the letters. You can always ask your friend to call them and ask to remove your number from the database for telemarketing and that you do not wish to be contacted by phone. If they will afterwards - it's illegal.
