Enjoy the moment with no need to over plan things. If it is the school holidays there maybe a lot of children onboard.

I also took some children's toys (my grandson had too many) and gave them to the little kids from the kindy on Mystery Island.

Take antibiotics with you, take Earplugs and don't swim in pools.

Check out tourist options of your Port of Calls before cruise can often be little cheaper than booking through ship also plenty of research options on internet prefer actual country of origin sanctioned tourist offices and sites however be aware of the downside of going NON Cruise ship booked cruises if anything goes wrong and your held up the don't have to wait.

Check accounts daily, take Reef shoes not flippers. Any snorkelling is in quieter waters.

Use sun block and t shirt in water.

Always try to be early getting ashore before the crowds.

Stick to the adults only zone, eat in the dining rooms because the buffets are stampedes of children running everywhere, bring shampoo, don't attend the seminars because they're all selling points!
