We used London Relocation and liked them.

Did a one day search and looked at about 15 places and found one we liked. We were limited to a certain area due to the school our kids will attend, pet friendly, and furnished and they were able to find places for us.

That being said, it is still a brutal process because just because you put in an offer, you can easily lose it.

I cannot even imagine doing it without a relocation company to help.

You pay a months rent to them. No doubt it is expensive, but we could not have done it without them. We had a driver that took us from place to place, they negotiated everything, and helped us get a feel for the areas.
