Much Asian food is gluten free, including rice, fruit. meat etc

I get that, I have been living with it for 30 odd years. I was hoping someone might be able to advise whether many places actually have gluten free menus etc. lots of Chinese’s food contains wheat additives in their sauces. In contrast most Thai and Viet menus are wheat free.

You will need to let them know that you are gluten free as soy sauce has gluten in it. I have just come back from a tour to China and we had one gluten and one vegetarian in the group and they got different food
