trip to the Chic Chocs
I'm looking to plan a trip to the Chic Chocs this coming February or March.

Any recommended maps or trails, and more information.

The guidebook was super helpful. The maps and what not of the area were okay.

I bought one of the “better” ones at the visitor center which was semi useful.

FATMAP and GAIA were my friends during the planning stages.

Was very surprised at how well maintained/ easy to follow the ski trails were.

Avalanche Quebec puts out an avy report too.

You can sign on for updates to get a feel for conditions leading into the trip.
