        • My daughter Phoebe had an operation on her mouth, all the staff were brilliant, so kind nothing was too much trouble, Just wanted to say thank you all, keep up the good work.
        • Don't get me wrong, the nurses and clinical staff are brilliant (Nurse Edna particularly put me at ease during my dressing change of my open fracture last week), and they are efficient with the tools that they have but the receptionists are the most condescending bunch I have met in a long time. Main receptionist Jackie, started with "go through the glass corridor" "glass corridor?" I enquired *sigh* "the one you just came up", apparently the corridor with side windows I just walked through is locally known as the glass corridor, I should have known that how? Might be less of an issue if she at least spoke to people politely, just a thought. Arrived at the X-ray reception, where I asked about Dr Teo, as directed by Jackie. Pauline directed me to a locked door, when I pointed it out she said "he's not in until 13:30" obviously going to walk away, "I have to get an X-ray too" her response is "they'll have the paper work in there" points at the locked door again. Goes to walk away, "is there anywhere I can wait?" I get reluctant directions to their waiting room. It's such a shame when the receptionists let down the professional staff at the hospital. All it would take is a little civility, maybe it could be included in the recruitment process? At the moment it seems to be; Question 1, is it in Your nature to be polite and helpful? If the answer is "NO!" The receptionists job is offered on the spot
        • My dad went in for a cancer op . On the 23rd Feb , unfortunately became very ill , we nearly lost him . All I can say is the excellent care and quick action of all staff involved expecially a member of staff Jane who put her all into bringing my dad back to us , just can't thank you enough to every one involved. The high dependcy team excellent thank you all x x his daughters carole and Diane x x
        • We have had many trips and stays at QVH in the past couple of months. We have always been treated with such kindness and care by all members of staff at the hospital. I cannot recommend the team here highly enough.
        • Brilliant hospital! Had surgery myself a few times, staff & surgeons fantastic in every aspect!😊
        • We are all Truly Blessed to have this Wonderful hospital. The staff are exceptionally helpful, patient & friendly. The nurses are Angels, my Rheumatologist is my God (he saved my life). Thank you to All the staff, nurses & the Rheumatology department for everything you do for us. I pray we never lose you - The Queen Victoria Hospital rules! KUDOS 10/10 *****
        • Can not speak highly enough about the Queen Vic! The entire experience has been VERY positive coupled with the professional, able and very helpful team, as far as the NHS goes, this should be a model they all aspire to. Incredible and I can't thank them all enough for the care and help both I and the others in the Ross Tilley ward received. Absolutely brilliant!
        • on taking our Granddaughter to this hospital ,she fell off a chair at school and needed her nose stitching, we can only praise this hospital for all the kindness given to our little summer at such a frightening time (she is only 6) and a big thumbs up for the kind helpful ladies who work in main out patients . a very cheerful hospital
        • Be aware that minor injuries clinic opening hours are advertised until 19.30 pm but apparently they don't do X-rays after 5 pm. I have suspected broken arm and they sent me away when I went in at just past 19.00. Very frustrating when you have only ever bothered them about 3 times in 50+ years. Strange thing is my son got taken in after a (minor) accident at school a few months back and got X-rayed well after 5pm...
        • Wonderful team and excellent care - No complaints at all. Only downside was usual lack of parking spaces!!
        • Great Hospital and Lovely People Had a minor operation there today I can't fault the place at all. The staff on reception were helpful and Friendly. The staff in the MaxFax department really lovely made me feel at ease Mr A Gulati's team were fantastic.
        • As many other commenter's have said people in the local area are very lucky to have such a great hospital with such attentive, well trained and friendly staff. I attend the corneoplastics Department quite ofter for eye treatment. The department is always organized and wait times are very reasonable. You never feel as if you are just a number and are being pushed out the door. If you get referred to QVH rest assured you are in very good hands

        • ive been to this hospital quite a few times in the last 14 years and not once have I had a bad experience with the staff, specialists, doctors or consultants.my last visit was quite harrowing for me I had a major op that didn't quite go to plan but the maxfax team soon sorted it out and found another way to get me back on my feet.Mr Gulatis and his team were the nicest people ive come across, they make you feel like a person and not just another patient. This hospital is a very special place with a a lot of very special people working in it ,I cant thank all the girls and guys in the ICU enough for looking after me and as I said before Mr Gulatis and all the team who work with him.
        • Wish all hospitals were like this place staff brilliant hospital clean and operated on same day. Sometimes info not always forth coming but just ask and they'll help no matter what. Rather come here than east Surrey every time
        • Fantastic minor injuries unit. I had a severe burn and was seen immediately. My nurse was very kind and put me at ease.. I am so pleased that I went to this thoroughly professional and efficient unit.
        • I hope a 5 star rating helps your cqc inspection outcomes. This establishment deserves all the accolades available. Thank you for being there and for saving my daughter's life last week (In the snow and beast from the east.) Every person involved : well qualified; focused; compassionate; thoughtful and effective. From surgeon to nurse. Wow! Am I thankful for to quality NHS care.
        • amazing hospital and very helpfull staff. originally said i would have to come back the next day for my surgery but when i explained the cost of the travel to appear they managed to squeeze me in for the last surgery of the day. surgery staff were very friendly and explained in detail the work they were going to carry out (under local anaestetic) the after care staff were also lovely and made me feel very comfortable. all in all this is the best hospital i have ever attended.
        • All the staff that looked after me during my 7 week staff were a credit and just the best A BIG BIG THANK YOU
