Generally helpful staff, but sometimes have a bit of an attitude to customers. They're also extremely reluctant to give refunds, so unless you're certain you will need a ticket, don't buy it in advance

Clean, tidy, good staff. New information boards and announcements make it clearer for next district line train but still no time guide.

AnonymousThere is a toilet at the station. It's not signposted from any platform except the tube ones. But boy is it a relief! Seems there are some "pay turnstiles" there now; but so far I've not seen them operational!
