        • Place filled with art collection and taste of Sophie Charlottenburg. Took a century to build the entire place. Sadly destroyed in second in WW2. Good to see that effort has been made to restore the palace as close as to its glory. Go just go for pictures. Spending time walking in the palace, with the help of audio guide is highly recommended and rewarding experience.
        • Very pleasant place. Nice weather for taking pictures. There was a small cafe with excellent coffee and perfect interview with an old woman. We were talking about the history of Charlottenburg and also about the life in divided town. Thank you madam.
        • One of my favorite spots in Berlin. The palace is super cute and renders very nice pictures, but my favorite part is the garden behind it. It looks gorgeous during all seasons of the year! Also, there's a very nice Christmas Market in front of the palace in December. In my opinion it is the cutest Christmas Market in Berlin, although it is quite pricey!
        • Beautiful palace with exquisite decor, filled with history and interesting takes on the king and queen who commissioned the renovation of the palace. You cannot take photographs inside the palace, which is a pity, except if you pay a special photography visit (or something), about which we were only told inside the palace. So no pictures inside. Also up until April, one cannot visit all of the buildings, so the visit was a lot shorter than we anticipated. The gardens were obviously not in the best shape since we visited in the winter months, but obviously no surprise there. I would recommend a visit during the summer and getting full information about the visit WITH photography allowed.
        • Splendid palace with plenty of rooms. Unfortunately in winter time some are closed and other still under renovation. Anyway a lot of rococo paintings and interiors, beautiful early neoclassical rooms and old authentic barock wooden cabinets with beautiful mirrors effects. Definitely muss see in Berlin.
