RutherfordRutherford is a quiet Bergen county town located 8 miles outside of New York City. It is centrally located 12 miles from Newark International Airport, 2 miles from the NJ Turnpike and 4 miles from the Garden State Parkway.

My husband and I reserved a group of rooms for our wedding weekend, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to stay at the Westminster!! Our guests were SO happy with the rooms, and all the amenities at the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful, and there was a shopping center right across the street!! 5 stars all the way!

A top-quality luxury hotel in suburban Essex County, New Jersey. Includes steakhouse, swimming pool and fitness center. Recently renovated rooms include large flat screen TVs and multiple USB outlets to charge guests' smartphones and tablets.

Attended a formal event in the hotel ballroom. The event space is very nice, classy, and could easily be transformed to any desired look. Staff was excellent and very helpful overall!

From the time you enter, the hotel staff are courteous and professional. The complimentary shuttle also is a great benefit of The Westminster, taking you to local destinations without pricey car service. If, however, you need a car service, you can bill the service straight to your room, making it extremely hassle free. Being a person that doesn't consume meat or cheese, the Strip House restaurant menu seemed hopelessly carnivorous. However, more than willing to make their great satisfied, they created the most delicious entree I've ever had created off the cuff. The complimentary breakfast is also expanded delicious, with many options and fresh squeezed juices available. The rooms themselves are beautiful and high quality. The bed is amazingly comfortable and enormous, the bathroom products are of very high quality, the furnishings are beautiful and elegant, and to top it off, you are treated to a bathrobe, single serve pod coffee and tea machine, and mom fridge with complimentary bottles of water and lollipops. This is my second stay at The Westminster, and it never fails to satisfy and make me feel like a highly satisfied guest.
