As well as a destination in its own right, Glasgow is a great gateway to the west of Scotland, and Loch Lomand easily doable. There are plenty of impressive castles in the surrounding countryside. Also easy to visit the local distilleries at Auchentoshan & Glengoyne.

Clean bright and tastefully updated rooms great breakfast inexpensive.

I have used this guest house a couple of times now and every time I get a very warm welcome. The rooms are very nicely laid out clean and with High-speed boardband. The breakfast menu is very good and with quality products. Considering the closeness to the M74 the room are very quite. If you are planning a visit to the Scottish Highlands and traveling from the Midlands area this is a ideal stop over

Stayed one night and can not fault the service! We were akward as we had to leave early and asked for our breakfast early and the girls there were ready nice and early ofr us! Very nice breakfast, if you ask in advance you can get even more choice than is already on the menu. Good fast response to email contact as well. Would certainly stay there again if in the area! Many thanks!
