      • This is a lovely place within London, when you enter the estate it appears to be a private area. Been a few times during the Christmas period, which seems extra special and majestic. Highly recommend to go if you haven't been before or are showing someone around. The outdoor ice rink was packed though.
      • This place is fantastic. I attended London fashion week 2014 which was at Somerset house back then. If you are visiting London you should visit it. The area around it is lively as well.
      • Beautiful venue full of character and history. The games festival we saw was based in the. NEw wing. Staff were friendly and helpful, clearly sign posted and good facilities.
      • This is an amazing building which was built a long time ago. Inside there is less to see and do. It includes café where you can buy food and drink. This can sometimes be a bit on the expensive side. There are also many smalls shops which are dotted around the building, particularly during winter. The in court yard there are always events going on throughout the year. Fountains can be the main feature. Often movies are screened against the walls in summer. During winter a large ice rink is around for a few months.
      • I used to think that somerset house was interesting and a nice place to visit. But the last time I went it was rather bland. It is now full of shops aimed at people with lots of money to spend. It now has a very middle class feel to it.
      • The architecture is beautiful. The history is very interesting. For that alone it is worth visiting. The three star rating is that the customer service is simply appalling and not in keeping with the surrounds which one would expect to be excellent. If you can forgo the latter you will indeed have a splendid time.
      • A beautiful and peaceful spot in the centre of London. The house shelters the courtyard from the outside hubbub and makes it a lovely place for a break at one of the coffee shops or cafes. The fountains are very popular with children in the summer. Free tours of the buildings are available. A beautiful location for concerts, films and ice skating in winter. Various unusual exhibitions to visit in the house's galleries.
      • Another gem in London to visit. I have been many times to see exhibitions. Also been to the summer open air gigs and movies they hold each summer in the courtyard. The overall building is great just as a place to go and see. They have several cafes to use and enjoy. Its worth checking on there web site to see what attractions are showing and choose when you want to visit.
      • Phoned up prior to leaving to check fountains were open for children. Looking forward to our visit. Only to find out they had not been working for 3 days and no idea when despite staff keep promising the public it would reopen shortly. Honestly is a great starting point, sadly missed with their staff. Grateful to security who were honest and sent us off to Granary Square Fountains, Kings Cross.
      • I saw LP there as part of the summer series. Really nice open place with a stage surrounded by the buildings. Really good atmosphere. Plenty of places to have some food and drinks. Also really good bathroom facilities and very well organized.
      • Great venue, certainly for the annual Somerset Series of live concerts. The music is way too loud, so bring earplugs if you don't want to ruin your hearing. Sound quality is excellent though and entry as well as exit queues are short (those for getting drinks inside unfortunately are not).
