By far and away the most disgusting and poorly run NHS we have experienced. They have no idea on how to treat children with Down Syndrome and/or autism in any capacity, nor does anyone want to train in this field. Every single dept seems pre-programmed to make life difficult for families of those with SEN and additional physical ailments. Physiotherapy seems to be a martian concept at Hull Royal, a hospital that is full of 'tin gods' in charge of patient care. Disgusting and needs a clear out from top - bottom in ALL depts!!!!

AnE rubbish all because I wanted to move my appointment from Hull to Bridlington the receptionist was rude and said he couldn't do it

A&E nursing team did excellent.

Took son for 9am fracture clinic appointment, still sat waiting to be seen at 11.30. Asked how long would be kept waiting rude nurse said dunno. Said that's ok have appointment at 12 with matron of hospital and would add this comment to my already long complaint, we were seen within seconds. Not sure if coincidence or what but wouldn't recommend hospital to anyone.
