        • I've had a few poor run-ins the last few times I've had to use this station - three, in fact. You can contact me personally if you want to discuss it - I've had no luck in trying to submit complaints; the staff didn't want to know, and didn't have the right forms.
        • Good seating area. Good service
        • I was happy with. My service and it was a delightful due to the many attractions at this stop the surrounding area had many shops
        • A nearby pub makes waiting for a train all the more pleasurable
        • Post codewanted
        • Fantastic staff. When I (very, very stupidly) left a valuable item on the train, they (and the staff at Cleethorpes) were so kind and helpful and I recovered the item. Their honesty and diligence saved me a lot of expense and hassle.
        • Grimsby is a big town but the station is small as not many trains run from there.
        • Most helpful young lady this morning at Gy station , she tried to help me as much as possible, even trying to get me my money back as i no longer can use my tickets. She looked into wether there was any way trans penine would re imburse since the trouble in London, like they did after the Manchester bombings. Not at all like the service I got last wk from a young man at Cleethorpes who said he could not help me & gave me a phone no to ring. I wont be going to Cleethorpes station again. Nice to see there are some helpful people about.!
        • Good to get the hell out of Grimsby!!
        • Great little cafe inside the train station. Quality takeaway coffee and service with a smile!
        • Nice place. Easy access to the platforms
        • Compared to many smaller town train stations grimsby's is very nice. It's peaceful at times and is always a safe place to wait for your train.
        • Good place if you want to escape Grimsby and go somewhere a bit nicer, such as heaven on earth: Cleethorpes.
        • I LOVE the place great place to travel
