  Kissimmee is a rural community located to the southwest of downtown Orlando.
  
  Until recently, Kissimmee was a rather residential community that bordered on St. Cloud, another rural central Floridian town. With urban development, the town has become increasingly more geared towards tourists.
  
  The town of Kissimmee is about 25 minutes from Walt Disney World or Universal Studios, and 45 minutes to an hour from Downtown Orlando.
  
  Kissimmee is a great place to find cheap accommodation when visiting the theme parks.
  
  Lake Tohopekaliga, locally known as Lake Toho, is a popular site for water sports or lakeside picnic lunches. It sits to the south of the town.

  Lake Buena Vista is the city where Walt Disney World Resort is actually located. Not Orlando or Kissimmee. It is currently being run by the Walt Disney Company.
  
  When going around the Disney World complex, it does feel like a separate city in itself, as if in its own bubble from the rest of the world.

  I didn't get to see the doctor. During the intake I inquired if I would be seen by the doctor. I was told that he wasn't there and was on call the night before. I would more than likely see his assistant. She went to explain that I could reschedule for an appointment after 10 AM, but I decided to find another doctor. My conclusion is that the doctor does not come in early and has his assistant see the early morning patients. I'm paying to see a doctor not an assistant. Don't waste your time.

  I was referred to this Dr. from my primary physician, l arrived on time to my appointment in the Cypress Glenn Office and signed in my name in the list, the two lady's in reception were rude and not professional. Waited 30 minutes and they never called me, the reception was almost empty (2 other patients). The physician in this office should be aware of the poor customer service given by their lady's in the front office. I left because got tired of waiting, l will not recommend this office.

  I was referred to this doctor by my insurance and went with them as they were the only one who would see me in less than three months being a new patient. I couldn't wait due to pain. When I arrived for my appt at the Cypress Glenn office, the lobby was full of people, easily over 20 waiting. All seating was full and there were some people standing. I waited in a line of four people to check in. When I got to the window and signed in I stood at the window for awhile. The receptionist in front of me never said hello or acknowledged me, eventually when she realized I wasn't going to walk away she grumbled "yes?" I explained "I'm a new patient, and the link to open the new patient forms you sent me before the appointment was not working... can I please have the forms that you need me to fill out so I can get started?" She gives me the forms in which the copies are misaligned from printing and you can't read half the questions on the pages. There is no where to sit so I sit on the floor at a magazine table to write. The wait is incredibly long and finally I am called back with another patient at the same time. The first patient is walked to a room and then I am told to go down the hall to room #3... I see no room signs, when I stand there for a moment looking to see where to go the representative points me toward which room and then follows me to it. I wait an even longer time. The walls offer no insulation and I hear everything being discussed in other rooms and by the nurses outside the closed room. Finally a nurse comes in and explains that the doctor is running extremely behind ( this after I had been waiting for hours) and asked if I would be willing to see the nurse practioner instead. I agreed. The nurse practioner was very nice and we briefly talked about my challenges. As a new patient, I expected to go into more details about my past medical history or that they would have reviewed my records. She rattled off a list of medicines asking if I had tried them, and I told her I couldn't recall and we'd need to check my records. She then stated that I would be set up for two tests and an MRI of the brain. She also agreed to give me pain meds to use until the tests are completed. Each test required a separate visit and I was scheduled for a follow up appt for the results. The nurses called the pain medicine in to a different pharmacy than the one they said they were sending it to, so I got delayed having to have it cancelled at the wrong pharmacy and refilled at the correct one when going to pick it up. Also the check out line at the doctor's office was a long wait with only one person checking people out. I had to stand in the hallway waiting as there are no seats. After hours worth of being there I needed to use a restroom and was told there were none in the "being seen" area, only out in the busy lobby which of course was being used with a line for that. Most doctor offices give you a written or printed copy of dates for your tests or next appts but they did not. They gave me an app link to log into a patient portal with a code that is not working, so I had to call the office after to verify the dates. I had to leave a message for the nurse regarding preparations for my MRI and received a prompt call back from the nurse who was very nice over the phone. Update- It has been 10 months since I started seeing this doctor. I had an initial appt which is detailed above. I was ordered to return for two test visits... one for my hands and one for my feet. They would not test both at the same time so I had to pay for seperate visits. The doctor was too busy to test me on the second visit so they had a nurse do part of it and said the doctor would finish the test on my next follow up visit. The first day of testing, was a long wait to be seen, a couple of minutes of testing wherein the doctor came in never said hello, never introduced himself and proceded to only speak to me in spanish. I don’t speak spanish, and a long line to checkout. In 10 months they still don’t have my MRI set up and havent returned my calls since August.

  The office staff are liers. They tell you that they are making an appointment to see the Doctor Fernando A. Gonzales just to get you to make the appointment but they are scheduleing the appointment with a nurse practitioners instead. When you go to the appointment and you are expecting to see the Doctor there's no doctor only a nurse. And then all the paperwork is showing that you in fact had been seeing by the actual doctor. This should not be legal.

  I am on the fence about this doctor. He is extremely nice, knowledgeable and professional, however the answering service he has handle his calls has some of the most unprofessional people I've ever had to deal with. I've been a patient for a little over a year now and the customer service on the phone is below subpar. The office staff is hit or miss when it comes to professionalism and when I can actually get an appointment scheduled I'm always there for hours. I've personally discussed with the Dr. Issues I've had with the phone reps and lack of returned calls, some of which I was crying from the pain yet no nurses called me back. It's extremely frustrating because the service I need from him isn't provided by many neurologists in this area so if I could have found another doctor I would have. No matter how good of a doctor I think he is.... The attitude of his staff is a reflection of him and hopefully he reads the comments and realizes he needs to make some dtastic changes in his staff or he's going to continue to lose clients

  If I could leave no stars I would! I had the worst experience of my life with a doctor and I have been seeing doctors since I was 12 for my migraines (which was a long time ago). This doctor has no manners, no human emotion, no knowledge of anything. The only good thing of this office is the lady at the front which is very courteous. He is very rude and arrogant and you should not even go for 1 visit to this place. He gave us a wrong MRI diagnosis without even examining my daughter. Save yourself money and time!

  Zero if possible. Folks, run away from this 'doctor' if you can. Gave a wrong MRI reading (wrong patient) to my daughter....Asked for a month to get the correct results...a month later on the meeting he never went to check for the correct results....so wasted time and incorrect diagnosis...again! Refused to give counsel AFTER finding out his mistake... If he is certified...probably a forgery...run away from this one folks....run away

  If I could give Negative zero I could ! This has been the worse neurologist I have even been too !! I never even meet him during the time I went to his office , almost one year , I was referred by my PCP , his Ma never took my weight or my BP, she never had time to listen to my symptoms was always in a rush , never changed my meds I always had a hard time getting my rx to be called into the pharmacy ... the list goes on and on !! The staff is very rude , unprofessional always messing up your information with someone's else's ! This office is always overbooked !! They don't have the time to take care of their patients the ways they should STAY AWAY !!!
