  Kissimmee is a rural community located to the southwest of downtown Orlando.
  
  Until recently, Kissimmee was a rather residential community that bordered on St. Cloud, another rural central Floridian town. With urban development, the town has become increasingly more geared towards tourists.
  
  The town of Kissimmee is about 25 minutes from Walt Disney World or Universal Studios, and 45 minutes to an hour from Downtown Orlando.
  
  Kissimmee is a great place to find cheap accommodation when visiting the theme parks.
  
  Lake Tohopekaliga, locally known as Lake Toho, is a popular site for water sports or lakeside picnic lunches. It sits to the south of the town.

  Lake Buena Vista is the city where Walt Disney World Resort is actually located. Not Orlando or Kissimmee. It is currently being run by the Walt Disney Company.
  
  When going around the Disney World complex, it does feel like a separate city in itself, as if in its own bubble from the rest of the world.
  
  Basically, Lake Buena Vista may be used in an official capacity, but people will just refer to the area as Disney World.

  STAFF NEEDS TO be more friendly BUT THE NP AND DOCTOR ARE AWESOME I ONLY GO FOR THEM THERE IS ONE STAFF MEMBER THaT IS ALWAYS POLITE

  I have been to the office three times. The doctor and the NP are very nice. The front staff should be replaced. I have been waiting for a referral to see a specialist since August 1st. I have called many times and Vanessa at the front says it is being sent to the other docter. I have also been trying for three weeks to get refills on my prescription. Every time I call, they tell me they are faxing it now. The drug store is still waiting. I even called and spoke with the NP and she said she would take care of it. I am still waiting. I am at the point where I am going to go get a copy of what has been done so far and go someplace else.

  Dr. Concepcion and Retta N.P ALWAYS give personal attention. Even if your just having a hard day they give that extra time with you. Not many doctor offices care to do that. The front office girls are always sweet.

  Hated giving even one star, but the only way to be able to write something. Worst place ever, no heart, no feelings, no respect. There you are only a number. Went in for thyroid issues, was given medicine that my previous doctor perscribed, instead of testing me to see if anything has changed in my blood work. Then went in for wrist issues, given a test. They misplaced the results for 3 months. They only searched for it because I kept calling them. The front desk is so rude, especially the one right in front that is suppose to greet you, COLD. She ignores you when you arrive to ask questions. I waited for10 minutes at the window while she ignored me till one of the nurses saw me and asked me if I needed help. If you value your self being as a person "DON'T GO THERE!" Please!

  MA or people at the front office are very disrespectful they’re not nice at all, they feel you are bothering them when you come in.

  Went to her over 6 yrs absolutely loved the Dr but the nurse practitioner was the only one I saw almost every visit my last yr there. She was very happy when she got the chance to change and take me off medication I badly needed, had been on ten yrs, as soon as she got the chance, with no replacement meds! Horrible woman, she's all you will see after the Dr gains your trust so if you like her then you're good.

  Dr. C has been caring for my entire family for years. I struggle with back and hip problems and she was the only doctor that took the time to find the problem. Retta the NP is amazing as well as all the front office staff. Now because of their care I can maintain my health and busy life.
