Recently driving from Indiana to Colorado and stopped here for the night. It was clean and quiet, comfortable. Breakfast selections were good and we were on the road with no problems. Would stay here again.

Stayed here often. Probably not going to continue. Looks like it has recently gone under new management. " Upgrades" look cheap. Getting run down

Decent place, the room we received had mold growing around the bathroom and down the walls. We were moved the next morning after I seen the mold. Courtyard was nice and the pool and spa were a nice touch. Nice neighborhood outside of Chicago and pretty close to the lake where we spent most of our time. We would stay again, just needs some maintenance caught up.

It is clear that this hotel was once a very nice and enjoyable place. Over the years it has deteriorated. There is new ownership and they are updating the hotel but there is much to do. Many of its furnishings are out of date and the floors in the entire building are not level. Location is good but you may find it difficult to get into downtown Chicago due to much traffic during normal times.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip and it was adequate. The room was mostly clean and comfortable, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. The housekeeping was a little less than at other hotels but not terrible. For example, the bed was made every day but decorative throw pillows were not put back in place every day. Nothing that was problematic.
