      • The Drovers Inn is worthwhile if you fancy the experience of staying in a hotel established in 1705 and that seems to have remained largely unchanged since then! The staff are friendly and wear Scottish quilts which is a nice touch in the historic setting. The love for the past will not be shared by all when it comes to the comfort level of the rooms. The single glazed windows and mattresses are 'EST 1705' too! The presence of a huge bad in shared facilities is puzzling and so are the fake vinyl tiles unfitting the rustic character of the building. The food was real, as in not micro-waved, but of rather poor quality.
      • Looking at the exterior of The Drovers you'd wonder if it is open, outside looks aren't it strong point, but beauty is only skin deep on this fine old establishment. Walking into the Pub you feel like you are going back in time, and I mean this in a good way, a roaring fire adds to the feel of the place. I ordered the Chicken Burger with cheese and bacon, served up in good time, lovely piece of chicken, piping hot, well cooked, the bacon was superb, thick with minimal fat, only slight minus point was the chips could have been a bit crispier. My partner went for a Scottish favourite, Mince and Tatties which she said was delicious too. Great Pub brooding history in a lovely location with great food on the menu
      • If you are after somewhere quirky and old with lots of character then this should be on your list. I wasn't impressed with the food though, but it wasn't to the point that I'd warn people away from visiting. We stopped for lunch and carried on with our road trip
      • Amazing! We stopped off on our bicycle tour and I wanted to stay on. The food was lovely, the place was atmospheric and it was a joy to spend some time by the fire. Lovely little spot. I'll be back in the summer to sit by the Loch. I should also say that it pops up at the right time between Glencoe and Glasgow. Moreover it's a place that needs to be seen to be believed. Imagine if Tim burton and Robert Burns had children and they were sent to live in a haunted boarding school for vampires
      • Very nice tavern style restaurant and bar. We stopped in for lunch on our way to Argyll. Orders are placed at the bar and the servers bring your food to the table. The food was good and the atmosphere was cozy.

      • Good food, great atmosphere
This bar in Inverarnan is located alongside the West Highland Way and that’s the reason we visited it. We met one of my former Scottish climbing partners in Bridge of Orchy and he suggested the Drovers Inn as a great place to have dinner and have a drink afterwards. The inn is really small and the menu is limited (two dishes) but they serve good food and the athmosphere is great! They have a wide range of whiskies as well. If you spend the night in Invernaran, it’s a great place to spend your evening.
