In addition to yoga classes, we offer a wide range of workshops, a yoga teacher training, and the Shree Immersion Program which gives yoga students an opportunity for in depth study of yoga philosophy, alignment and life style.
We at Shree are dedicated to serving each student. We seek to help you develop your yoga practice in an easy empowered way. Our goal is to support you, seeing the best in you, and to assist you in your experience of finding the best within yourself.
We channel ten percent of our after-tax profits to organizations that serve the under-privileged, locally and internationally. In 2016 and 2017 we donated to: CASANJ, Helping Hands, YCS, Veteran’s Yoga Project, Kula for Karma, Doctors Without Borders, Concern Worldwide and SEVA Foundation. -

You can purchase your class cards either by paying on-line using our easy and secure PayPal service, or by paying in full with a check or cash at Shree Yoga Studios. If you pay on-line, bring your PayPal receipt with you to the desk when you come to pick up your card. Class cards are good for all yoga and Pilates mat classes on our weekly schedule.

Adults: $22 Seniors (65+): $20 High School and College students: $15 with valid ID.
20 for 30 Newcomer Special: $30
Come as often as you want within 20 days as your first-time introduction to Shree. See what makes us special. Offer available to first-time locally living residents only. After your first 20 days, turn in your card for an additional special of 8 classes for $108. We want to make your yoga experience affordable and transformative.

This has been my first experience with yoga, and I was very unsure. It was suggested that I delve into restorative yoga. Chaya was incredibly helpful and took the time to talk to me and answer all of my questions. I was a little apprehensive before the first class I attended, but proved to be totally unfounded. Every class I've been to has been excellent, and I cannot recommend Shree highly enough. The instructors and facility are top notch and I find myself looking forward to every session.

Great intimate studio with a wide variety of classes. Instructors know every student's name and help to accommodate personal needs. After dealing with cancer, I was hesitant to join a class but found the environment to be comfortable and open. Chaya helped me begin yoga again and worked with me to find a new mindset. I recommend the Monday night Tame Your Stress class with her in addition to regular practices.

Over the last year my life has been enhanced with a new insight on life because of the amazing zen environment that Shree Yoga offers. As a new yogi student in 2015 I can not tell you how incredible the teachers have been from their true caring nature, kindness, support and guidance to the everyday practice space that Shree offers. It allows me to shut off the outside world and learn to enjoy the quiet time deserved each day.

Shree Yoga is a great studio. The location reminds me of a small campus. I usually take a beginners session with Chaya Spencer. She is a great teacher.
