Nice place. Lots of people in and out. Many Chinese travelers. Staff was sometimes helpful depending on who was there. Could never ever make change for 100 ¥. Set us up with some great tours. Nice restaurant and bar, but like most hostel bars it's expensive. They had good bathrooms and showers.
The staff was not super helpful, the place was not super clean. But over all it was good enough. The common room had lots of good seats and the food (which was slow) was actually pretty good. Beds were clean and each bed had a plug. Location was great as there was tons to walk to and the metro was close by. Would totally stay here again but would not rave about it.

We didn't stay here but went on their GREAT WALL TOUR. They didn't have much info about it but were otherwise very helpful and nice to deal with
The coach load of us left a little late, drove to Ancient Bedaling section of the wall NOT the Bedaling which has been made into a theme park but a quiet section round the corner. The guide told us a few facts then sent us off walking while he stayed behind. Lunch was simple but filling.
