Big swimming pool in Bangkok
I'm looking for big swimming pool in Bangkok abt 25m, for proper swimming exercises, rather than go to gym. not crowded, no pool party.. 4 times a week, convenient to sukhumvit area. Anyone knows ? Thank u ka

    Universities usually have some. i think u can go there as an outsider just pay a higher entrance

Look around your neighborhood for the nearest hotel or condo. Tell them about your plan and see what they say. Someone might let you do it for free or a small fee. Doesn't hurt to ask. Then you don't need to waste your time on the BTS or travel time.

There's a very large public swimming pool at Ekamai, next to the Science Centre. Hardly anyone uses it, just some days kids have lessons there. You need to become a member but it's very cheap. You will need a medical certificate, also very easy to get.

    Ekkamai is best balance of convenience, uncrowded, and cheap. Closed mondays

The best one is at pathumwan princess hotel @ MBK. You can get a membership at the Olympic gym there and use gym, pool, jacuzzis. I stayed at this hotel just recently for 2 months. It was incredible .. enjoyed the pool area a lot.

I go to the one in the park at Emporium. You need a medical certificate and 2 passport sized photographs to join. I think it was 50THB and then 15THB each time you go. Opening hours are a little odd but works for me.
