  From the Victorian architecture to the notoriously steep inclines to the Pacific coastline and the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco is one of the oldest, most beautiful, and amazing cities in California, and definitely the world. Sourdough bread, the piers, the seafood and California culture all combine into a city that is almost a culture until itself apart from the rest of the United States. Bay Area is the city that has been a most important player since the period of Gold Rush. Bay Area is also known for its earthquakes and the central city of San Francisco. It’s also famous for its hippies, transgender communities and most liberal places on the earth.

  San Francisco can be broken down into a variety of districts, each with their own very unique culture and feel. Probably the most famous are Golden Gate, Nob Hill, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown, and Union Square, but there are many others as well. Depending on what you want to experience while in the city, you will want to head to the various regions and immerse yourself in the counterculture that each one represents.
  
  There’s a lot to see and do in San Francisco. If seafood is what you are after, then you’ve come to the right place. Sushi is almost a staple food throughout the city, as is Chinese food, and fresh seafood is constantly on the menu. There are also a ton of microbreweries, not to mention world-famous bakeries. But there are also sports venues like the San Francisco 49ers or performing arts to be seen at places like the Fillmore Auditorium.

  Head out on a harbor tour and visit the island of Alcatraz, or simply spend your time wandering the streets enjoying the beauty of the surrounding city. Either way you are bound to find yourself wandering into something that will not only amaze you but leave you wondering if perhaps you might be due for a move to a new city.

  Pretty good for the price and location. And free parking!!! The staffers are really friendly and willing to help. If you don't like the smell of smoke, do pick the non-smoking room when making the reservation. Walking distance from lots of attraction, piers, restaurants,grocery stores. I'd recommend the owner to change the cover of each bed because the dark red mosaic cover makes people feel it's dirty. Recommend this place if you have a car & would love to have a walk tour to some of the attractions.

  Room was clean and the bed was acceptably comfortable. Exactly what I expect from a hotel. Also, since the room was on the top floor, had a decent view.

  The room smelled like cigarette smoke. The carpet was dirty and stained. The smoke alarm was broken. The shower head wasn't attached to the wall. If you're just looking for a place to spend the night, it's fine. Don't expect anything nice.

  The worst & dirty hotel very nasty staff also some guest smoking pot.the rooms are overcharge

  The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable. End of the good thing . We stayed her because its in the middle of everything and we weren't spending much time here and only staying for two days but never again. First when they found out my parents were handicapped they asked if we wanted a handicap room and my mom said yes...the lady told us it was on the fourth floor?!?! I'm not sure how that makes sense. Bigger tub maybe?so we stuck with the room we have. Next the elevator was last inspected in 2014 it was supposed to be inspected the first of last month. If it has been they haven't posted the new inspection paper. The balcony is slightly slanted and the bars seem sketch . All the outlets either as loose or pooch ou . My parents room had a shower cap over the fire alarm for reasons we don't know. We plugged a phone charger and it shorted the bathroom light. Their AC was unplugged before they moved into the room and after one look at the plug I wouldn't let them plug it back i . My room had AC that worked one night but the next night when my wife turned it on it smelled like something was burning and no nothing was on top of it. They dont have extra blankets. And the shelves in the fridge are broken. Oh and the toilet runs forever when you flush it. And finaly after being out of the room from 11 am until 1030pm we came back to a clean room which was nice but also a random sink full of water. Like someone pulled the little thing up on the sink so it would plug and filled it with water and left it????
