It's okay but homeless people have a master key to get in all the rooms!!! Make sure you have a unbreakable lock you bring with you for the door.

This place has good prices but the fighting in the halls needs to stop.

Desk clerk was polite & professional. Overall initial reaction was good until fully entering the room. Room was not thoroughly cleaned from last use. Toilet appearance made use questionable. Not the best experience.

Roaches everywere moved us to another room which the room supposed to been clean and go to the restroom there was a used rubber on the floor the microwave still had food in there from the last people that rented the room on too of that they said our music was loud and got complaint which me and my sister was in the bed with nothing but our undergarment on he asked who all was in the room and barged in without us putting any clothes on the lady that assisted him was very polite and asked the manager to step out the room so we can out close on and for some reason he kept over talking her and said he will have us removed now just yo let you know the sheets had a yellow stain in the middle and this room have more bugs than the one the switch us out of had more roaches than the other ones they have more dope attic and prostitutes occupied the oak tree inn motel off of 11 and Garnett. P.s watch out for the short manager he gets off of barging in on single ladies

This hotel is nasty!! Rats,bed bugs, and roaches everywhere! Transients with dogs live here. Do not stay here. Thief's stay here. Don't even waste your money. Half of the building is condemned. Hot water, ha right.
