Terrible hotel. Sheets smell of bleach, ceilings are falling apart in the rooms, staff is in normal clothes(no clue who was working there and not. When this hotel changed from the park inn to the atrium was the last time it was good.

The majority of the staff is very kind. However, I was extremely disappointed that I had to pay for a $30 taxi to get there from the airport when no one answered the phone for the 45 minutes I called trying to order the free shuttle that is advertised on the hotel's website. Upon arrival at 7:15, I found a sign taped to the empty check-in desk saying "Back at 6:30." The phone rang off the hook as the rest of the staff went to find the woman that was supposed to be answering the phone, checking me in. I guess what I'm saying is, if you're going to pay a $30 taxi anyway, might as well splurge on a closer hotel.

Great price, nice bar, really good kitchen and room service! Very large rooms, we got the suite for 87 + tx. Hotel is a bit older but not bad at all. We'll be back.

Staff was Awesome. Hotel needs a Remodel. Breakfast only offers sausage, No Bacon 😞 Pricing and Location was good.
