  I have been employed with ContactUS for over a year. I love working for the company they work with you as much as they can very flexible with the attendance as long as you give a notice i really don't have any complaints I plan on staying as long as i can :)

  It's eh to work at. Been for 2 years and I hit a ceiling here. Gave my notice and their was no counter offer even though I worked a very needed position. My manager brushed it off and made it clear were all just numbers to this place. Glad I am leaving.

  I worked for contactus for over 1 year. I started at the other building too. The management is a work in progress. If you do the work that you signed up for, follow the rules it worked with you when you had problems. The pay is getting better and Mr Lee is doing the best that he can right now. Miracles won't happen over night. I'm not saying that they are perfect however what company is. I loved working for them and I hated to quit.

  This is not a good place to work if you enjoy professionalism, structure and want your hard work to be recognized or appreciated. Certain members of management turn their nose up when you speak to them. Professionalism is not demanded. Females come to work in pajamas and head scarves. It is almost impossible to obtain a salary above $11.25 per hour. I trained new employees, worked the front desk, even put chairs together; whatever was asked of me. My boss offered me a subway gift card for compensation. Smh. She kept me there for a year by promising me the same promotion that she offered everyone else. There were supposed to be production based incentives, but my manager pocketed all of the gift cards. You are just a number in this place. Management has said that they basically hire anyone because they need a certain number of employees to satisfy each client. If you just got out of jail and need a place to work, by all means, go for it. If you want a professional environment with opportunity for growth, this is not the place for you!

  I had a horrible experience trying to obtain employment with this company. I received several phone calls from various people in the recruiting department asking me to come in and meet with them. I applied for the Account Management position regrettably. I was given a typing test to which the typing speed was not expected to exceed 25wpm; I typed 65. I later was informed that I did not need to complete this process (red flag number 1). I was informed to go home and await HR's call and or correspondence. The next morning (this morning) I received a iCalendar invite to come in for an interview from 9:00am to 10:00 am. When I arrived I was talked down to apologetically by a member of the HR department. Informed that they would keep my application on file. After leaving I thought about my experience with this company. The dress code is non existent I saw individuals walking in with jeans ripped with gaping holes shorts that were way too short for the office. Signs that said no cell phones however everyone walked around on their phone texting, or playing games. I believe it goes without saying that the hiring process lacked just about everything including structure. Please do better.
