Whether you’re visiting Ithaca for a vacation getaway, coming to Cornell or Ithaca College for a graduation ceremony, enjoying the Fingerlakes wine region, or attending a destination wedding we would love to have you as our guest. Only 10 minutes from the famous Wegmans and the Moosewood Restaurant, 15 minutes from Cornell University and Ithaca College, but feel like you’re transported to the early 20th century.
The Inn at the Quinta Rosa Estate has five gorgeous rooms, each with their own private bathrooms, in a turn of the century Queen Anne Victorian house. Enjoy the shared sitting room and dining room, front porch or back deck, acres of lawn and even a stroll along the stream. Rooms are available per night or the entire house is available. Access to the full commercial kitchen is available for whole house rentals only.
Complimentary local coffee, tea, and scones are provided each morning. Recommendations are available for Ithaca’s amazing, local food options and a list of weekly events too. We strive to make your stay as comfortable as possible, so if you need anything, we’ll do our best to get it for you. Forgot your hair dryer or toothpaste, don’t worry, just ask.
There is a separate apartment at the back of the house for the innkeeper. Please respect their privacy as well as the other guests that might be staying at the Inn.
Have you always dreamed of having your special event in a barn? We can make those dreams come true at the Quinta Rosa Estate. The turn of the century barn is in excellent shape and ready for any occasion. With a little imagination and special touches, you can transform the barn to an elegant affair or keep it rustic and classic. The possibilities are only limited to your creativity. If you need help with planning your event, Terra Rosacan provide event planning and design services as well.
We can host weddings, retreats, graduation and birthday parties, and everything in between! Space inside is limited to 100 people seated but we have several areas outside the barn to place a large tent. The grounds are well maintained and we can accommodate around 100 cars but busing is encouraged.
Relax in our boutique Inn with up to 10 of your special family and friends. For a weekend event, we require renting the entire Inn with a 2-night minimum.

The estate is well taken care of. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, and great, clean rooms. The room my girlfriend and I stayed in had a private bathroom along with air conditioning, and a queen size bed. Definitely worth the price you pay for it!

I was able to spend 3 marvelous nights at Quinta Rosa Estate. The room was furnished with lovely antique furniture. The bed extremely comfortable & each room had its own bathroom. It was clean, airy and bright. Breakfasts were nutritious with very tasty choices, loved the fruit dish. The coffee, that can also be purchased, was very good. The staff were efficient, friendly and made you feel very welcome. The beautiful country surrounding was peaceful, and I left feeling well rested and happy for being able to experience a little heaven on earth. Barb
