  Cape May is located at the southern most tip of New Jersey. It is surrounded by both the Atlantic Ocean and Delaware Bay. The Cape May takes passengers and their cars acroos the bay to the state of Delaware.
  
  Cape May is a destination that all can enjoy. The beautiful Victorian architecture, stylish restaurants, and down home feel appeal to the more relaxed visitors, while the nightlife and variety of beach activities appeal to the more vibrant crowd. Also while in Cape May, climb the 199 steps of the Cape May Lighthouse to enjoy a stunning view. Offering some of the best beaches in New Jersey, along with a welcoming feel, Cape May is a destination that should not be missed.

• Atlantic City

  At some point in your life, you "owned" real estate in Altantic City. You just didn't know it. You passed Go, collected your $200, bought Boardwalk and built 4 hotels. Donald Trump has nothing on you!
  
  Atlantic City, the inspiration for the board game Monopoly, has always been a resort city along the Jersey shore. Before the casinos, people from Philadelphia would board the train and vacation in Atlantic City. The first boardwalk was built in 1870, and at one time Atlantic City boasted a boardwalk that was 7 miles long! Ocean Pier, the world's first oceanside amusement pier, was built in Atlantic City in 1882. The most famous perhaps is Steel Pier. From 1935 through 1939 it was where Miss America was crowned. It was the place to see acts such as the High Diving horse, Rex the Wonder Dog, a water-skiing canine in the 1930's and even Frank Sinatra.
  
  Atlantic City currently has 11 casinos, with at least 4 more planned. Popular casinos include Borgata, Tropicana, Bally's, Trump Taj Mahal, and Caesar's.
  
  New Jersey Transit's Atlantic City Line runs from Philadelphia to the Atlantic City Rail Terminal at the Atlantic City Convention Center. Commercial airlines serve Atlantic City via Atlantic City International Airport, however more airlines fly into Philadelphia International Airport or Newark Liberty International Airport. If you are traveling by car, take the Garden State Parkway to exit 38, and follow signs for the Atlantic City Expressway.
  
  Beware of visiting during times when tourists are low. VERY BORING!

• Rehoboth Beach

  Located in the second smallest state, not known for its' tourist attractions Rehoboth Beach bills itself as the "Nation's Summer Capitol". Those not from Delaware understand this when they visit and realize the amount of Washington D.C. movers and shakers who pass through this little prize. As well as D.C., license plates common here besides Delaware are Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, New Jersey, and even New York and a few places farther out on occasion.
  
  A town of less than 1500 easily passes over 25,000 during the summer season, but never enough to be too big or too much for a relaxing getaway. The location pretty central on the east coast, the quaintness of the town, the long nice light powdery strip of sand, the many shops and boutiques and great eateries draw families, singles, and even a modern Gay crowd to its shore. There is also an old historical boardwalk with all the requisite beach junk/treasure from fries to salt water taffy. Rehoboth is busy enough to have a few dance spots but small enough not to lose its charm.
  
  Besides the usual hotel motel chains, many rent rooms in converted homes, B&B's, and some stay at pricier hotels such as the Bellmoor, and The Boardwalk Plaza. From arts and crafts to musical events from Jazz to Rock and DJ, as well as a water park for the kids this is a true beach destination that doesn't oversell like some of the larger more generic destinations nearby such as Ocean City, Maryland. If you want it small, classy and cool, the Diamond state offers you its' gem.

  Made reservations via phone and they do not take credit card. Sent check for deposit. My check never cleared, so I called as soon as I received my bank statement, which was a day before arrival. They canceled my reservations without calling me. Apparently they never received my check. There were no more openings, so we lost reservations. Would recommend to them to take credit card to ensure reservations.
