• Key Largo

  Key Largo is an island in the upper Florida Keys archipelago and, at 33 miles (53 km) long, the largest of the Keys. It is also the northernmost of the Florida Keys in Monroe County, and the northernmost of the Keys connected by U.S. Highway 1 (the Overseas Highway). Its earlier Spanish name was Cayo Largo, meaning Long Key.
  
  Key Largo is a popular tourist destination, and calls itself the "Diving Capital of the World" because the living coral reef a few miles offshore attracts thousands of scuba divers and sport-fishing enthusiasts. The water is very warm and clear. Key Largo's proximity to the Everglades also makes it a premier destination for kayakers and ecotourists.

  Great location and nice condo-style/townhouse layout. Downstairs is the living area, kitchen, and a full bath (ours had a standalone shower). Upstairs is your bedroom with another full bath. All the rooms overlook the lagoon that leads to the ocean. Great price too.

  Totally recommend. Location awesome. Room layout awesome. Front desk guy awesome. I feel I received good return on my dollar here. True Keys vibe - it an older building but overall it was neat and clean.

  Good rate. Curteous & friendly staff. Stained carpet. Dated features...like from the early 90s dated. Patio door wouldn't lock. Patio vertical blinds could not be coaxed to lay flat leaving incomplete privacy for sleepers on sofa-sleeper. Thin sofa-sleeper mattress (to be expected) & flat pillows. Decent location. Ice machine worked. It was nice to have a full fridge/freezer. Weird that the kitchen trash can was in the hall closet. Upstairs sheer curtain was quite tattered. Overall it did the job required at the right price. Could go from being a bit disappointing to a delight with some significant updating. Though one could expect the rate to go up which would be a sad loss of the lowest rate in the area for people looking to save money.

  In my opinion it's a great place with friendly staff. It's not a brand new place but the price reflects that and we really enjoyed it. Would recommend

  The rooms are excellent, great location right next to Rainbow Reef dive center, and walking distance from several restaurants. Would recommend anyone to stay here
