• Sitges

  Sitges is one the most visited towns in the East coast. In the winter time it is very calm, but in the summer time it attracts thousands of people attracted by its wild nightlife and trendy bars. The seafront is 3kms long next to a beautiful golden sand beach. Although in the winter it is very quite, it brings people from all over the world for Carnaval and for the International Fantasy Film Festival.
  
  The main beach is divided by breakwaters and it starts from the Església de Sant Bartomeu i Santa Tecla to the Club de Golf Terramar. All along the waterfront you find beautiful mansions which have been very well preserved.

  We were in halloween party 29.10.2016. Then I tell what we found: - Yes you expect to see the rooms shown on the web, waiting sitting. We went as a group and we all find the same room with rancid touch and lack of maintenance. - The beds were correct width, long ...... but I measure 1.80 and feet out. By going to comment at the reception, I indicated that no customers had complained about this. - The bathtub looked like he had been given a coat of paint to leave white. - The mattress was - Yes cojeis a room, go up before to open the windows and ventilate. The closed our smelled take a long time. Basically smelled of drains - Staff generally was nice. Of course one or another was burned by customer complaints. In conclusion, the hotel and the rooms is not what it appears on the web, or photos that hang around the hotel. If there are refurbished rooms, I do not know, but we saw more than one inside and no was. Estuvimos en la fiesta de halloween del 29/10/2016. A continuación comento lo que nos encontramos: - Sí esperas ver las habitaciones que muestran en la web, espera sentado. Fuimos un grupo y todos nos encontramos con las mismas habitaciones con toque rancio y faltas de mantenimiento. - Las camas eran de ancho correcto, pero de largo...... yo mido 1,80 y se salían los pies. Al ir a comentarlo a la recepción, me indicaron que ningún cliente se había quejado de esto. - La bañera parecía que le habían dado una capa de pintura para dejarla blanca. - El colchón hacía - Sí cojeis una habitación, subid antes para abrir las ventanas y que se ventile. La nuestras olían a llevar cerradas mucho tiempo. Básicamente olían a desagüe - El personal, por lo general era agradable. Eso sí alguno que otro estaba quemado por las quejas de los clientes. Como conclusión, el hotel y las habitaciones no es lo que aparenta en la web, ni en las fotos que hay colgadas por todo el hotel. Si existen habitaciones reformadas, no lo se, pero vimos más de una por dentro y ninguna lo estaba.

  The room is not bad at all, although the bathroom is somewhat old (although clean). It is not very soundproofed the room, it is heard perfectly when people pass ahead, especially at night. The views are quite nice and the buffet is not bad, it fulfills its function. La habitación no está mal del todo, aunque el baño es algo viejo (aunque limpio). No está muy insonorizada la habitación, se escucha perfectamente cuando pasa gente por delante, sobre todo por la noche. Las vistas son bastante bonitas y el buffet no está mal, cumple su función.

  I put a star because I have to put something ........ it was a total disaster, except part of the staff. 3 weddings and a nightclub ....... that is impossible to sleep until after 5 o'clock in the morning. We were with small children and at 3 o'clock in the morning we were going around the hotel to find a room without noise .... it was impossible. After paying a pasture for the type of hotel it is, we could not rest. It is clear that if they warn us we will not stay. If they want to have discotecta and to celebrate weddings until the first night they should soundproof the rooms. We ask for a book of complaints and we'll see how it ends. Pongo una estrella por que tengo que poner algo........fue todo un desastre, excepto parte del personal. 3 bodas y una discoteca.......es decir imposible dormir hasta pasadas las 5 de la madrugada. Ibamos con niños pequeños y a las 3h de la madrugada dabamos vueltas por el hotel para encontrar una habitacion sin ruido....fue imposible. Despues de pagar un pastizal para el tipo de hotel que es, no hemos podido descansar. Esta claro que si nos avisan no nos quedamos. Si quieren tener discotecta y celebrar bodas hasta la madrugada primero deberian insonorizar las habitaciones. Pedimos libro de reclamaciones y veremos en que acaba.
