Nice location on the Champs-Élysées! However, service here doesn’t reflect a five-star hotel!

Nice venue, but fridge not turned on and room service is outsourced

Good location and price. Service was excellent and they gave us Suite upgrade for free even though we came here in early July (tourism season). They also gave us free cell phone to use during our stay worh unlimited local and international calls (to selected countries) and unlimited 4G mobile data (all free)!! Rooms are classy because the hotel is over 100 years old. However, it does have modern TV and other technologies.
