  Love being able to drive right in for service. I was immediately greeted by Brian who remembered my name. All my concerns we reviewed before service started. The waiting area is clean and WiFi connected. They even have charging stations, coffee, tea, fruit and bottled water. I must say I did have issues at times when it was the Car Store. A whole new approach with Prime! I am very satisfied.

  Courteous, helpful, explained every step, fit me in without an appointment and made me feel right at home. Didn't downplay, or treat me like I was ignorant of the parts. Very pleased that as a female customer, I was treated with respect and possessing enough intelligence to talk through the process without dumbing down. Will certainly go back, as well as recommend to any friend.

  A big shout out to Will in the service department. I brought my car in Thursday with low pressure in one wheel (due to a nail in the sidewall). Will got a new tire ordered and topped up my tire before sending me on my way. Tire continued to lose pressure so Will made time just before closing to put my spare tire on. New tire arrived the next day, brought my car by and they had the new tire on in minutes. I really appreciated how well Will communicated all the updates and how he was willing to work with me to keep my car on the road while I waited for the new tire. Fantastic service - I'll be back!

  I love that I have the same consultant, Will, to meet with each time I bring a car in for service. He is always professional and takes time to answer any questions that I have. The other staff there are just as warm and courteous whether I'm just arriving or leaving the premises. I've been going here for years--I'm on my 5th Subaru, and I'm looking forward to many more years with Subaru and Prime Subaru Vermont.
