Ideas and suggestions for soon to be expats to Thailand
My wife and I vacationed in Chiangmai last year and fell in love with the area. We are now considering moving to Chiangmai from the U.S. next year to live for about 1 year as retire Expats. Any ideas or suggestions!

If you have property in the US, hang onto it for a way back. We hate being landlords, but it secures us a home in the US if we ever need. We just moved Aug 1 and plan to stay here 8-15 years depending on the renters and US economy/politics. Retirement and long term visas. Chiang Mai is awesome!
