Thai bank withdrawal limit
I need to take out 70k TBH from my overseas account. I heard that if you go to certain banks with a passport they will allow you to take out such amounts. Is this info correct and if so what banks allow it? Thanks

Just with passport you can not do this operation. With an ATM card, from an ATM can or credit card or WU as someone mentioned. Or ebanking transfer to a TH account but u need to open one.

1. Your daily withdrawal limit on this card should be more than 70k. Check with bank overseas. 2. Yes, you go to bank branch and this amount can be withdrawn at once by bank clerk. Do not forget your passport. Also, your card should be embossed type with your name and card number embossed.

    Still you did not provide any bank name... I am curious to know which branch will accept to waive the 200-280 THB withdrawal fees and an amount over 50k THB If you have any previous positive experience to share...

My bank lets me take out 250k a day on my ATM

    Bangkok bank. It all depends on what the bank sets your ATM card limit at. I have 2 business accounts with them and a car loan.
