  Very very bad customer service, no towel, staying more than 10 times, 3 out of 10 doesnt have towel and have to ask, no hairdryer, the cheapest hair conditioner you can get, hard to open, find the toothpaste already open and used but still give for guest, 1 toothpaste for 2 ppl room and expect 2 people to use 1 toothbrush
