  just got back 1 week , the hotel can't be in a more perfect spot right on the beach ,10 min walk to town , nice bars near by, nearest shop 50 mts , the pool very nice .Reception team great.The rooms are a bit dated but clean and tidy house keepers really nice, the food was ok always something we could eat .The only down side we were all inclusive only to find the only drinks were lager, and some spirits and the snacks was just a ham and cheese roll . i ask for a ice cream and was told only children could have it !! with running my own pub I will say don't ask for water with the spirits as I think there's already water missed in !!! plus other than 3 groups of teenagers we were the only English in the hotel. on the last day I went to take some dried fruit from the breakfast buffet to eat on the plane and was told to put it back by waitress !! would I go again to Laganas YES would I stay at this hotel NO .

  No wi-fi food was atrocious customer service was bad also no entertainment beyond a joke for nearly £ 4000 supposed to be 4 star would not give this a 2 disappointed beyond a joke also had to pay for air conditioning

  Cozy, clean, kind and helpful staff. With sea side room booking the view was side and not facing the sea. Free bar service with all-inclusive reservations except for the sought-after cockatoil for which payment was required. For beach umbrella and two sunbeds on the beach, € 6 was required, despite the all-inclusive booking. Snack in the bar with a medium-sized Greek side dish and a slightly thin ham and cheese sandwich. Lunch and dinner at the hotel hall always excellent. Change of towels daily, while changing sheets every two days. Furniture a bit dated. Excellent position compared to other beaches and locations. Period from 31.8 to 7.09 year 2017 Accogliente, pulito, personale gentile e disponibile. Con prenotazione camera sea side la vista era laterale e non fronte mare. Servizio bar gratuito con prenotazione all inclusive esclusi però cockatail ricercati per i quali era richiesto il pagamento. Per ombrellone e due lettini in spiaggia erano richiesti €6, nonostante la prenotazione all inclusive. Spuntino al bar con insalta greca di media qualità e panino un po' scarno di prosciutto e formaggio. Pranzi e cene presso la sala dell'hotel sempre ottimi. Cambio asciugamani giornaliero, mentre cambio lenzuola ogni due giorni. Mobilio un po' datato. Ottima posizione rispetto ad altre spiagge e location. Periodo dal 31.8 al 7.09 anno 2017
