Best Japanese provider for calls and text only
Does anyone know which Japanese provider has the cheapest non-data SIM card, just for calls and texts? Yes, my phone still has buttons and I wanna keep it that way. ;) I'm looking for a prepaid option (charge once and then use up the credit), no monthly plan - if something like this even exists here in Japan.
