Users Assigned: KazmiSosúa is a small town in the Puerto Plata province, in the North Coast of Dominican Republic. Sosua Bay attracts many water sports enthusiast, including snorkelers and divers because of its sheltered, calm waters, diverse species of fish and intricate reef structures. In the winter, whale watching is also a popular tourist activity in Sosua Bay.
It is Located approximately 4 miles from the Puerto Plata International Airport (POP). The town is accessed primarily by Camino Cinco, or Highway 5, which runs much of the length of the country's North coastline. The town is divided into three sectors: El Batey, which is the main section where most tourists visit, Sosua Abajo, and Los Charamicos.
The North Coast of the Dominican Republic has been a top tourist destination for Europeans for nearly three decades. There is a very large expatriate community in Sosua, which consists of mostly German, English, American, and Canadian expats.

CabareteCabarete is a small, laid-back Caribbean beach village located in the north coast of Dominican Republic. It has a charming, hip ambience and a combination of relaxed and adventurous lifestyles.
It is world-renowned for its windsurfing and kite surfing (and you can tell because it is windy...not the kind of place to lay on the beach!). Many professional kite surfing competitions (e.g. "WorldCup/Copa Mundial", Master of the Ocean), are celebrated there.
It is also the "hotspot" for nightlife in the Dominican Republic. It is a very touristy place because people come from all over the world to experience the awesome water sports. Puerto Plata is located in the Northern Coast of Dominican Republic, facing the Atlantic Sea. It beaches host the most famous Surfing destination in the Country and in the Caribbean. Many International competition happens every years in its famous beaches. The city is also famous for resorts such as Playa Dorada and Costa Dorada, located east of San Felipe de Puerto Plata.
The only aerial tramway in the Caribbean is located in Puerto Plata. With it, one can ride up to Pico Isabel de Torres, a 793 meter high mountain within the city. The top of the mountain features a botanical garden and a replica of Christ the Redeemer, the famous statue in Rio de Janeiro.

Santiago De Los Caballeros
Santiago is the second largest city in Dominican Republic. It is Located in the Cibao Valley, so is very productive city and fertile area. It is famous for the tobacco, coffee, cocoa plantation and the rum productions.
The largest city in the Dominican Republic has loads to offer! Ciudad Corazon is known as the “Heart of the city” and seeing its illuminated restaurants, streets, shops etc. practically screaming culture, we can surely see why it’s been named so. Calle El Sol, another one of its sites that adds to its list of variety stores to collect souvenirs and shop, restaurants and bars to stop over and hangout and finally hotels to call it a day. This is one of the city’s hotspot for businesses. Santiago De Los also has numerous museums. The Museo del Tabaco (Cigar Museum), El monument Museum and Centro Leon (Leon Center) are some that are recommended for tourists.
