  Bed bugs!!! We checked in motel Bavaria January 27, 2017. The room #12 had no smocking sign but it reeked of cigarette smoke. When we looked at the bed at the pillows I noticed some insects cowling all over. After close examination we realized that those were bed bugs. I went to talk to the next room people and they said that they been living there few days and also noticed the bugs. They told to the management but no actions were taken. We took all our things, requested refund and left Radium the same night. Extremely unpleasant experience! Now the weekend is wasted and we have to disinfect everything... After this we would not stay in any motel in Radium.

  Loved our time here!!! It was $75 for the deluxe room - I would definitely recommend for any couple, because it includes a very nice jacuzzi for two. Believe me when I say it's much nicer on the inside than outside. Tons of amenities - free wifi, TV with decent amount of cable, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, plates, mugs, bowls, cutlery. A little bar to eat at (so you're not crowded around a small table.) Even a couch! This is definitely not a 2 star motel - it's so much more! My only complaint is the amount of coffee could barely serve one person.

  Sucked. Property not well located. Also seems to cater to by the month clients. Building run down and dirty.

  Comfy beds at a reasonable price. Our neighbour had their TV on all night which wasn't awesome. The lino work in the bathroom needs some work.

  Triple experience me an my wife have bed bug bites all over our body talk with the Manger he admit over the phone call lady have same issue 3 months ago on the room number 9 he's not giving us ore money back hang the phone on us I swear I'm honest in every word I'm saying we even have to throw our cloth because we were terrifying to entry our house back
