Overview You can't Edit
Users Assigned: KazmiMalapascua is a minor island situated over a shallow strait from the north most tip of terrain Cebu Island. It is around 2.5 kilometers in length and 1 km wide. It's uncommon long white shoreline extends around the south-east bank of the island confronting Leyte, Cebu and Biliran.
Malapascua Island is actually famous among the tourists who are fond of swimming and snorkel. This is now turned into a big dive center (long familiar among the international dive society) due to the thresher sharks that can be seen daily at Monad Shaul (a soft coral habitat). This Island is noticed as one of only few unique spots where at the distance of just 23 meters one can have a sight of the safe sharks.

Just amazing, this is the best place to go if you want to have experience diving and see some shark. If you want to experience and swim on the very blue water then this is the best place. You can always have some island hopping and you can always rent some boat on the island and find also some very affordable accommodations here. Food is great but it is very costly tho. But it is all worth the pay. Just wonderful.

Most that you can see in Malapascua Island. The most popular beachfront of Bounty Beach, and the less popular Langob Beach. Malapascua is not only for divers, you can enjoy the beachfront and swim with less foot traffic compared to more popular beaches in the Philippines. There are many hotels, resorts, restaurants to choose from. If you want to enjoy another magnificent beauty of the Philippines, come here. It is the northernmost part of Cebu.

A good place to chill, relax and not that much of noise surroundings. We missed the 'fire-dancing' as we arrived Sunday and only days of Friday and Saturday nights has its show. I will really back to this place even ALONE - and that would be definite!

It's a typical island with white sand beaches, the main attraction is their diving activity that you can try. One con though is that their sand isn't fine and there are pebbles all around that hurts the foot when you walk around for a long time.

Amazing island it you enjoy diving. Tresher sharks were amazing.
