Something little different in Andorra La Vella El Taller the Tapeo Review

El Taller the Tapeo is a tapas bar in the old town part of Andorra La Vella. The sign outside is in a cinema billboard format. Bit different. The food inside is the standard tapas choices - yet all done a bit different, and a bit quirky: with great results.

We had the croquetas (more ball like than normal), foie gras (came with banana & kiwi - not normal), pulpo with creme in a cup (definitely not normal - bit heavy for my wife, and even I couldn't finish it - but super nonetheless), the steak strips with peppers (tenera con pimientos - which looks and tastes great @ just 8Euro) and some coca de vidre (bit pricey at 7euro - some you win some you lose)

Just one guy serving rushing around daytime - but he did OK. Was an interesting take on the traditional dishes - can see he has a good wine selection.
