Best place for windmill pictures! Kinderdijk Review

In May 2016 we made a roadtrip in the southern regions of the Netherlands. One of our stops was in Kinderdijk, a small place that is famous for the many windmills on the banks of the river. The Netherlands are synonym for windmills and this is most probably the best place to take pictures of this iconic landmarks. Besides taking pictures of the twelve windmills, there are good opportunities to hike and even cycle. We chose to make a short walk alongside the river which gave us great views.
