Great place to learn to ski or to fine-tune your skills
It took me 28 years before I skied for the very first time. After two years having learnt the basics of skiing in the Belgian Ardennes, I booked a ski trip to Winterberg, Germany in March. There are several resorts with Winterberg being the largest, offering dozens of slopes. There are blue, red and black marked slopes, so it’s a an area suitable for every level of skiër. The mountains and views are not as high as in the Alps offcourse, but Winterberg is great if you want to fine-tune your skiing performances. The cosy chalets in the villages make the real wintersport experience complete.
