Great walking area! Kalmthoutse Heide Review

Despite being nature enthusiasts, it was our first time at the Kalmthoutse Heide. Last weekend, I had to be a three different places in the neighbourhood so I decided to stay here and finally make a visit to the Kalmthoutse Heide. This natural park on the border of Belgium and the Netherlands features dune landscapes, forests and many walking possibilities. There are numerous trails allthough not every trail is accessible with dogs. We explored the southeast part of the park with a dog but were limited to two different trails. Still, a great area to walk in.
