Friendly with great cakes and good coffee The Old Bakery Review

This cafe changed ownership about three years ago and has gone from strength to strength. The staff who run it are lovely, so nice and helpful and you don't feel rushed in any way. There is a varied menu that includes breakfast, lunch and cakes. There is always a lovely homemade soup and the selection of cakes is really good. I have trouble picking only one! When they first started they didn't have a coffee machine but do now and can serve cappuccino and latte etc and they use beans that are locally roasted and blended. The atmosphere is really nice as they also sell craft items for charity that are made locally and these are around the cafe. It's great for cyclists and people with dogs as there is outside seating, and a dog bowl!
