This cafe is in an unusual location. It is on an industrial estate above a homeware and spa shop. It is also on the Route 7 cycle route hence the name. There are stairs up to the cafe so not so good for people with disabilities but there is outside seating too.

I have visited it a few times since opening. It has a very varied menu, serving good coffee, cakes (I particularly liked the parsnip cake!) and lunches, including burgers and sandwiches as well as more filling fare. One of the best things is the indoor pizza oven which is in the cafe area so you can see your pizza being made. It's not operational all the time but is usually advertised.

It is often used by groups having meetings, and I have seen friends, couples and families all enjoying the fare - there's something for everyone. It's very reasonably priced and the food is of good quality.
