Expensive but worth it! Aiguille du Midi Review

Since I love spending time in the mountains, Chamonix has been my destination on many occasions. For most day tourists Aiguille du Midi is one of the best things to see and do in Chamonix. Eventhough the cable car is quite expensive (50€), it’s actually worthwhile. The highest point reached is about 3844 meters, giving you a sublime view on the nearby Mont Blanc. We also entered the glass box ‘Step into the Void’, a great experience included in the price. You can stand on a glass floor looking down for at least 1000 meters. Afterwards there is a cafetaria as well, but also quite expensive offcourse.
