Cheap hotel ideas Bangkok Airport
I will come to Bangkok in the evening of the 4th of july. Does anyone know a cheap(10-20$) hotel that's not too far from the airport? Once i'm there i will start looking for a room in a shared house. Does anyone have any information about buses/taxi fares from the airport? Airport taxi's are known ripoffs, but i have no idea about alternatives.

For taxi go to the bottom floor you can get a taxi there. They will go by the meter plus 50 baht. If they don't agree to use the meter then refuse to use the taxi.

Airport train to city center is about 150 baht. From soi 4 - 23 Sukhumvit (Nana BTS station) you can find anything you need. Try Soi 8 for cheap hotels.
