Besides there is a free shuttle bus. There is un-metered parking around, but as usual with Spain this is often hard to come by. You might have more luck in the night, or are prepared to walk a little way. -

I staid at the hotel last August for one night before an early morning international flight. This was my second visit to the hotel and I enjoyed the experience both times. Everyone was very friendly and helpful,and the transportation shuttle from and to the airport is a grate service. The room had a grate view and was very comfortable. Just like at home! I hope that the hotel is pet friendly cuz on my next visit I am traveling with my miniature Dachshund puppy.

This was a disappointment. At first glance it appears to be reasonable but after spending a night here it became apparent that it was lacking in a few key areas. First, the room we were given was clean but for some reason they would not give my husband and me a room with a single bed. Well, to clarify, I mean a larger bed that has a single set of sheets/blankets so that I can lay next to my husband rather than two single (twin) beds that were made separately and pushed together. I know, I know...it's a European thing but I do happen to know they CAN provide a single (large) bed upon request and they wouldn't do that for whatever reason, I don't know. It certainly wasn't because they were at capacity. The next and biggest issue is that they had NO TOWELS in the bathroom. None. It wasn't until my husband was in the shower did we realize so I called the front desk right away and explained he was IN the shower so if they could expedite the delivery I would be grateful. They assured me they would. 20 min went by...nothing. I then called again to be high they again assured me they would send someone "right away". Another 10 min and finally!! No apologies, nothing. They shoved the towels at me and briskly rushed off as though I were the inconvenience. In the future I will make sure to stay somewhere that has higher reviews and do my research a little more before choosing this hotel chain.

Not even a 2 star facility - - stayed here one night mid-June 2016 before an early international departure. 1 Erratic hotel transfer pickup arrangements at the international terminal - no clear signage, no weather protection while waiting, TRYP minibus arrived at the international terminal almost full meaning only one of us could get on it - in the end we had to take our bags off and both had to wait another 30 minutes in 30+ degree heat no shade for the minibus to come back on its next circuit. I got the impression from the apologetic driver that some of the passengers on first circuit were not hotel guests. Having said that the transfer from hotel back to international terminal we booked for the next morning went smoothly and as expected. 2. Clouds of small flying bugs/midges appeared when we moved/opened floor to ceiling curtains in room - could not get rid of them all night. 3. No indication within hotel that there was a restaurant facility or its opening hours - only room service menu provided in room. 4. NO AIRCONDITIONING IN ROOM ! There was an airconditioning unit in the room but it only noisily moved hot midgy air around - there was no cooling functionality at all. Website clearly says hotel is airconditioned. When questioned reception staff were adamant cool air circulation should not be expected. It was cooler outside the hotel than in the room. In summary not the standard of accommodation I would expect of a major brand airport hotel at all and a miserable end to what was an otherwise wonderful holiday in Spain.

very nice and very convenient Hotel! for the passengers who arrive to Barcelona late night or depart from Barcelona early morning. Very clean, good rooms, nice breakfast ( especially cheese!), friendly staff.

AnonymousI was dropping family off at the airport after they missed the bus from our home town. By now it was very late, and I decided to stay near the Airport. So I been driving all day, and very tired; no time to go onto internet etc., and check out hotels. This is the first hotel I passed; and looked OK. So I walked in and asked if they had any room. The russian-sounding receptionist barked "no" at me; this upset me greatly, and I couldn't even be bothered to continue the conversation, which should have gone: "No I'm sorry we don't have any rooms, but since I'm familiar with the local area would you like me to call some local hotels and ask if they have room, as you look very tired and it's late at night? - Next time we might have some available". Anyway that didn't happen...
