      • My experience was better than expected. The rooms were a little small, but very comfortable and clean. We were 5 people but, I wish they had a room where they could fit all 5 people like other hotels. For example having two queen beds and maybe a sofa or an extra bed for a reasonable extra cost ( other companies do have that option). Otherwise, the experience was good, location is good (not too far away from " La Alameda", 5 minutes max). The hotel was new, it smelled new and was very clean. I hope it will continue to stay that way. Very friendly staff and appreciated that security guard was there at the door. Loved that you had to use your key to enter the hotel at late hours and also to be able to use the elevator. Liked the contemporary design for the rooms.
      • Great location, small but comfy rooms. Overall fairly clean. All you need for a city trip. The breakfast is basic but good quality! They do not really speak English though..
      • Nice rooms, check in was quick. The hotel is very nice, and the room was nice as well. There was a stain on the bed sheet but that wasn't a big issue. The rooms aren't very soundproof but everyone was quiet, you could just hear the toilets and doors opening and closing. Overall a great place to stay at a great price.
      • I´ve been with IBIS for many times so far. I feel like if I were in exactly the same room I was in Bogota, Amsterdam or Berlin. I am not bigger or fatter (I am 64) but I feel like if the room has become smaller, specially the bathroom. I am not complaining, as its price is highly competitive, but that is what I felt in this experience. Thank you very much for your Mexican staff, very much willing to help me and my wife when we had a little problem with TV control, or when printing our boarding pass at your business centre.
      • As always, Ibis gave a good service given the price. Its location is perfect, specially if you wish to find a quick way to reach downtown. Highly recommended
      • It began OK, with friendly people at Reception. Then everything turned bad. Bad room, one light not working, pillows worn out, very old towels. Offering things in the restaurant they didn´t have. Waiter an amateur. Breakfast terrible, few items and cold, both waiters chatting while there were no forks, no cups, cold food. I´ve always praised my stays in the Ibis, but this one is better to forget.
      • The hotel is very well located. It is close to the subway, to a tourism buses stop, the historical center, to a lot of delicious street food vendors and more POI. On the other hand, the rooms are small and could be better conserved. Anyway it's a very cheap option if you're staying at Mexico City and totally worth it.
      • Disorganized staff. Confused and dirty street where this hotel is located with many food kiosks in the pedestrian runways. Good price but this hotel is not a Accor standard.
      • Great Staff. Located next to Juarez Metro Station. Hot water and room cleaned everyday as perfect possible. Near Alameda and Bellaa Artes.
      • Hotel was clean, modern and staff were very friendly. Breakfast buffet was decent and the location was walkable to the historic district and markets. Rooms was small but that was my only reservation about the hotel. Good value for the money in the area.
      • Good hospitality. The group of secretary are the best! The room is absolutely clean. Don't forget of the breakfast it's really nice. I recommend
      • Clean room, fair prices, great location, food was good too, beds are great after a long long day, would totally come back again
      • Clean and good price, but small rooms, a little smelly in the hallways and the staff does not speak much english. The breakfast is good.
      • Un lugar cálido. Buena comida. Y muy cómodo.
      • Central Location, No Fridge,No Safe Wifi is fast. Next to Metro Juarez. No Soap or shampoo, just a dispenser. Terribly cheap touch the whole place, except for the price . Regular price was like 90 us !!! Total joke. Can you believe it, the room was not made at 5.40 pm. Total chaos . Very beat up the whole place. In urgent need of renovation. I got it at their 3for2 promo and even like this I don't fancy it much :) So noisy. Area during the night very shady. Nice treatment by staff but that was it. It’s not even the Alameda. It’s Balderas. Very shady characters at night. Would not dare let my wife get out of the hotel alone after 6 pm. Accor....charging big money for hostal style accommodation... No excuse for all those imperfections.
      • Amazing location and service is ok, but poor mattress, no soap, shampoo, etc...
      • Great place, very clean, near of palacio de bellas artes and metro, is so easy move everywhere from Ibis
      • Cool service but you can make it faster
      • Really crummy hotel. Rooms are too small to turn around in. Was trapped in an unmaintained elevator for a good long time, horrible.
      • The room is simple and the cleaning is ok, great location just 20 minutes walking to Downton.
      • Clean, comfortable, great value, great location
      • It's a good place to leave the car. They have a good restaurant...
