      • I attended a meeting with work here so cannot comment on the Hotel rooms but the conference room which we were in was great. It was a gigantic room with a decent sized stage up front. Acoustics were also pretty decent which can sometimes cause an issue at some venues. The coffee served was very average hence me dropping a star but the flap jacks were amazing!! Definitely reccomended if you need a large room for an event...
      • This is a traditional British hotel, full of character. It's worth a visit just to see the grand interior of the ground floor. You feel like you're stepping back into Edwardian times. The room I stayed in was an inexpensive twin which had elegant decor and a large modern bathroom. Plenty of beautiful soft towels and decent toiletries were provided. If not in your room rate, breakfast is an eye watering £17.50 unless you order the night before (when it's reduced to £12). Although there's a good selection on offer, you really have to be hungry to justify £17.50! If you are planning on having afternoon tea, be sure to book well in advance as it's very popular and they couldn't accommodate me at short notice. There is a great atmosphere in the afternoon, with the piano playing, and people having their tea, so it's worth trying.
      • The hotel was conveniently located in Manchester city center. The hotel was stylish, a traditional building with a modern used interior. The room (junior suite) was lavish and exceptional, making the stay pleasant. The bar located on the ground floor was classy and trendy, with an exceptional selection of whiskey, wine, bourbon, vodka etc. The staff were very polite and helpful throughout our stay.
      • We went for afternoon tea for my mum's birthday. The location was great as it was just by St Peters Square tram stop. The staff were great and worked well with us since they had group of 9 of us to deal with. I would definitely recommend it.
      • The location was ideal as it was in Manchester City centre. Parking is also available just around the corner from the hotel. We stayed in a junior suite which was relaxing yet lovely. The bed was incredible comfortable too. All staff members were polite and willing to help with any needs or quaries. I would deffinitly recommend this hotel and possibly stay again in the near future.
